He is survived by : his wife Joanne; his children, Deborah Montgomery (Jim) and Mark Hoger (Jean); and his grandchildren, Allison Devroy (Nathan), Timothy Montgomery (Jillian), Jamie Hanson (Phillip), Christine Hoger, Aaron Hoger (Rita), Kaylee VanDeven (David), Pat, John Jonas, Laura, Tim Tully, Josh, Josiah, Elizabeth, Abigail, Anna Tully, Allison Jonas, Lexi, Anniston, Brielle Jonas, Eric, Kerri Jonas, Jackson, Jaylee Jonas, Becky Pievitz, Ronald Devroy, Franklin Devroy, Cecelia Montgomery, Faye Hoger and Reid Hanson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 8th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Knollcrest Funeral Home (1500 S Meyers Rd, Lombard, IL 60148). The lying in state will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (1025 Lake St, Melrose Park, IL 60160). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
