With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Annable of Granite City, Illinois, born in Wilson, Arkansas, who passed away on July 11, 2024 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Annable to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Samuel C. Annable and Cora Lee Annable (Woodside); and his siblings, Betty Ring, Richard Annable and Horace Annable.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Annable of Granite City, IL; his son James E. Annable (Dagmar) of Hamel, IL; his siblings, Joyce Riley of Karnak, IL, Mary Ida McCarver of Dallas, TX, John Annable of Carbondale, IL and Janice Farris (Aubrey) of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Kimberly Love (Guy) of Granite City, IL and Jeffrey Annable of Edwardsville, IL; and his great grandchildren, Brendan Love and Aidan Love. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Irwin Chapel (3960 Maryville Rd, Granite City, IL 62040). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be given to Johnson Road General Baptist Church. Donations will be accepted at the funeral chapel.
