She was predeceased by : her husband Roberto; and her parents, Nicolas "Nico" and Rafaela "Vita". She is survived by : her sons, Edgar Herrera (Lisa), Roberto Herrera (Sandra) and Abe Herrera (Kristy); her grandchildren, Ethan Wolfgang, Sophie Alessandra, Nicholas Ernesto (Tatiana), Diego Sebastian, Aliyah Celeste, Leila Sierra, Enya Vita, Nathan Donald, Lylah Nicolette and Aiden Benjamin; her great grandchild Nico Alexander; and her siblings, Socorro Duarte (late Jose Luis), Ambrosio "Bocho" Arambula, Hortencia Aguirre (late Francisco), Maria Martinez (Eliazar), Maria Ana Aguirre (Melecio) and Pedro Arambula (Reyna).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Russo's Hillside Chapels (4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. Beatrice Catholic Church (4157 Atlantic Ave, Schiller Park, IL 60176). A burial will be held on Monday, July 22nd 2024 at the Fairview Memorial Park (900 N Wolf Rd, Northlake, IL 60164).
