With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert G. Mischler Sr. of Elmhurst, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Robert had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Robert may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita; his children, Robert Jr. (Catherine), Regina Tobias (Timothy), Renea McCurry (Timothy) and Renita Francis (Jerry); and his sibling Thomas Meschler.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Beverly Ridge Funeral Home (10415 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60655). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 6th 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Fisher Church (10300 S Fairfield Ave, Chicago, IL 60655).
