It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Stelzer of Melrose Park, Illinois, who passed away on August 5, 2024, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Josephine Stelzer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Howard C. Stelzer; her parents, Anthony Storto and Christine Storto; and her siblings, Mary Lou Urso (Michael), Rita Ferrara (Domenick), Sam Storto (Virg) and John Storto (Mary Jane).
She is survived by: her son Glen Stelzer (Wendy); her granddaughter Rebecca Ann Stelzer; and her nieces, JoEllen Kenny, Lori Silvestri, Jayne Melson, Joni Kupar, Joyce Storto and Jill Nelson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory (1640 S Green Meadows Blvd, Streamwood, IL 60107). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
