It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Modesto González of Wood Dale, Illinois, who passed away on August 21, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Andrea González; and his children, Modesto González Jr., Senia Maria González (Rugnone), Jose Mario González, Reynaldo González, Mireida González, Nuñez and Alma Leticia González.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Geils Funeral Home (180 S York Rd, Bensenville, IL 60106). Viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 27th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Alexis Catholic Parish (400 W Wood Ave, Bensenville, IL 60106). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 27th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Mount Emblem Cemetery (520 E Grand Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
