He is survived by: his children, Michael Laufer, Jimmy Laufer (Jessica), Jeannie Grant (Scotty) and Carolyn Wright (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Nicole, Stacey, Michael Jr., Chris, Breanna, Dylan, Alyssa, Gracie and Kai; and his great grandchildren, Damien, Marley, Rowan and Everett.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home (6901 W Belmont Ave, Chicago, IL 60634). A prayer will be held on Sunday, September 8th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 9th 2024 at the Fairview Memorial Park (900 N Wolf Rd, Northlake, IL 60164).
