With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathleen DiFronzo of Elmhurst, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 19, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Kathleen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kathleen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pedersen Ryberg Funeral Home (435 N York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
