He was predeceased by: his parents, Kyriakos and Ekaterini; and his sister Katherine Fiakos (late Vasilios). He is survived by: his wife Penelope; his children, Jack "Kyriakos" Tsahalis (Kristi) and Katharine Leoris (Drake James); his sibling Kyriakos Tsahalis (Niki); his grandsons, Jackson and Johnny; and his siblings-in-law, Patra Valavanis (late George), Maria Tsagalis (late Bill) and Petros Liarakos. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (893 Church Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Arlington Cemetery (401 E Lake St, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
