He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary McGill and John Hamill; and his wife Barbara E. Hamill. He is survived by: his grandson Sean McBride; his close friend Shirley Ann Beazlie; his children, Arthur Hamill (Cheryl), Ellen Files, Kevin Hamill (Jen), Ann Hamill and Barb Hamill; and his nephew Ralph Langton (Janet). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church (426 West Ave, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army or Wounded Warrior Project, or your favorite Charity.
