She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Stalkfleet and Genevieve Duahoo Stalkfleet; her husband William R. Franklin; her siblings, Earl Stalkfleet and Mary Orendorf; and her great grandchild Zachary.
She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Genung (William) of Cordova, Carol Weisman (Jerry) of Colona and Sally Jo Miller (Glen) of Clinton, IA; and her grandchildren, Corey Weisman (Amanda), Brian Weisman (Ashley Erd), Sean Genung (Charlene), Jenny Droll (Chris), Della Sivright (Christopher), Tewanta Miller and Glen Miller III. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schroder Mortuary- Colona (213 1st St, Colona, IL 61241). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery (1022 E 39th St, Davenport, IA 52807).
