We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2024, at the age of 81, Sandra Ann Sobieski of Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Condeles and Marie Condeles; and her brother John Condeles. She is survived by: her husband Fred Sobieski; her daughter Jennifer Shubert (Jay); her grandchildren, Jessica and Joey Shubert; her nephew Chuck Condeles; her niece Karen Moy (Tony); her great-nieces, Michele and Emily; and her great-nephew Jimmy Condeles (Tammy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Oaks Funeral Home (1201 Irving Park Rd, Itasca, IL 60143). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Holy Ghost (254 N Wood Dale Rd, Wood Dale, IL 60191). A burial will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
