She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Hampton and Gertrude Cox Hampton; her siblings, Ronald, Donald Hampton, Jessie Goodlett, Janice Rocker and Patricia Platt; her daughter Carmen Armes; and her niece Elizabeth Hills (Abby).
She is survived by: her husband Warren Armes; her children, Timothy Acker, Tony Armes, Rhonda Mattson (Jim) and Jayme McConnell (Steve); her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jennifer, Sara, Julie, Brett, Noah, Patrick, Miriam and Claire; and her great grandchildren, Lily and Willow. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Agnes Parish Center (1918 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (132 Arthur St, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
