She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Gerlich and Charlotte Gerlich; her siblings, Harry Gerlich (Lillian) and Harriette Davis (Donald); and her niece Lois Barton.
She is survived by: her children, Lucia Cegielski (Ed), Laura Dominguez and Luis Dominguez (JoLayne); her grandchildren, Paul Pezza (Lauren), Nicole Kent (Chandler), Erica Henahan (Ricky), Noelle Fines (Drew), Nicholas Cegielski (Alyssa), Kelsey Ameiss (Nicholas) and Drew Dominguez; her great grandchildren, Cecilia, Adalina Kent, Vera Jane Henahan, Athena Ameiss and Liliana Pezza; and her nieces, Janice Magyar, Carol Feiza and Linda Guertin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Catholic Church (779 S York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
