He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Margaret Kew; his wife Margaret Thompson; his son Richard Thompson; and his sister Marsha White. He is survived by: his daughter Susan Kew of Alvin, IL; his grandchildren, Jesse Craig of Melvin, IL, Ashley Terrell of Oakwood, IL, Dale Terrell (Kara) of Covington, IN, Michael Thompson of Indianapolis, IN and Margaret Thompson of Indianapolis, IN; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Craig, Easton Terrell, Carlie Craig and Spencer Lewis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center (3940 N Vermilion St, Danville, IL 61832). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made in Thomas' memory to Union Corner United Methodist Church.
