He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn H. Odean and William Odean; and his son Douglas Odean. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his brother William Odean; his children, Benjamin (Oana), Russell Odean (Amy Ellison) and Cynthia Gosting (Keith); his grandchildren, Ryan Ramirez (Kameko), Courtney Tuma, Jonas, Emmett, Lila, Nathaniel and Thea Odean; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa and Cash Ramirez.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Epiphany Lutheran Church (314 W Vallette St, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A procession will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Elmhurst Community Funeral Home – the Ahlgrim Chapel (567 Spring Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
