With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Florence Mae Adams of Des Plaines, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 16, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Joseph and Stella Mae Zurawik (Rachmaciej); her husband Donald Joseph Adams; and her sister Barbara Dorsch (Eugene) of Scottsdale, Arizona.. She is survived by: her children, Donald B. Adams (Kathie), Sharon Cretu (Stefan) of Sun City, Kathy Adams (Oscar Rodriguez) of Arlington Heights and Debbie Adams of Des Plaines; her grandson Joe Adams of Schaumburg; her sister Donna Malinowski (Richard) of Palatine; her godson Timothy Malinowski (Alison Zentz) of Fox Lake; and her nieces and nephews, Eugene Dorsch (Jennifer) of Scottsdale, Randy Dorsch of Cave Creek, Russell Dorsch (Vicki) of Phoenix, Jennifer Czerak (Steven) of Palatine, Christine Green (Brandon) of Rolling Meadows and Timothy Malinowski (Alison Zentz) of Fox Lake.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Seguin & Symonds Funeral Home (858 Sheridan Rd, Highwood, IL 60040). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Maryhill Catholic Cemetery (8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
