With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Cogan of Park Ridge, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 16, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick H. Cogan Sr.; and her siblings, Michael F. McManus Jr. (late Raenette) and Mary Anne Harahan. She is survived by: her children, Maureen Kilgallon (late Matt), Michelle Colyar (Mike) and Patrick H. Cogan, Jr. (Mary); her grandchildren, Heather Chambers (Tim), Joe Kilgallon (Nicole), Colleen Wagler (Dalton), Sean Kilgallon, Chris Lamont (Alyssa), J. P. Lamont (Abby), Kevin Cogan, Grace Cogan and Dennis Cogan; and her sister Sally Klein Savage (late Phil). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Queen of All Saints Basilica (6280 N Sauganash Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Owen Catholic Church (6869 Franklin Rd, Bloomfield Township, MI 48301).
