We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2025, at the age of 66, Peggy Flaming of Rockford, Illinois, born in Elmhurst, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Swearengen and Margaret Swearengen (Siegmund); and her mother-in-law Carolyn Flaming. She is survived by: her husband Brent W. Flaming; her children, Sarah Flaming of Denver, CO and Zachary Gorman of Denver, CO; her grandchildren, Lively, Jett and Aiden; her siblings, Dan Swearengen (Mary), Keith Swearengen (Jan), Deb Lincoln (Roger) and Mary Sue Baker (Gary); her father-in-law Jerry Flaming; and her brothers-in-law, Chad Flaming and Allen Catic (Marie).
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fred C. Olson Chapel (1001 2nd Ave, Rockford, IL 61104).
