She was predeceased by: her parents, Madeleine Ann Collins and William Thomas Collins; her siblings-in-law, Herb, Roy, Robert, Herbert, Dorothy, Grace, Carleeta and Barbara; her niece Carole Ann; her nephew Brian; and her great-niece Valentina.
She is survived by: her children, Edward, Jr. (Catalina), Lucinda (Clarence), Elizabeth (Daniel), Matthew (Regina) and Colette (Pete); her great grandchildren, Orchid, Dahlia, Daniel V, Adam, Elizabeth and Theodore; her brother William Thomas Collins, Jr.; her nieces and nephews, Cindy (Patrick), Andre' (Joe) and Kevin (Ann Marie); and her child Boy Scouts.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 19th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (350 E Madison St, Lombard, IL 60148).
