He was predeceased by: his brother Janusz. He is survived by: his wife Malgorzata (Nee Swierczek) of Wood Dale; his sons, Sebastian and Damian; his grandchildren, Damian Jr. and Eliana; and his sister Marzena Kaminski.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Geils Funeral Home (260 W Irving Park Rd, Wood Dale, IL 60191). The lying in state will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Divine Mercy Polish Parish (21W411 Sunset Ave, Lombard, IL 60148). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
