He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Amelia Diaz (Jesus), Tina Diaz, Rosie Diaz, Jose Raul Diaz (Nery) and Noel Diaz; his parents, Manuel Diaz and Maria Diaz; his grandchildren, Sergio Diaz, Ruby Diaz, Liz Diaz, Maritza Diaz, Daniel Diaz, Angel Diaz, Ruben Diaz, Carlos Diaz, Janelly Diaz, Samantha Marie Diaz, Andre Diaz and Vanessa Rose Gonzalez; and his great grandchildren, Adrian Sosa, Natalia Miller and Liliana Diaz Pavlovic.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bormann Funeral Home (1600 Chicago Ave, Melrose Park, IL 60160). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Gertrude Church (9613 Schiller Blvd, Franklin Park, IL 60131).
