She is survived by: her son James Nolan Settles Jr. (Michelle); her grandchildren, Denisha Williams, Shani Champion, Shamori Settles, Jasmine Settles-White, Jessica Settles, Sabiana Settles, James Settles, Saldona Settles, Sabrina Settles, Leah Settles, Emmanuel Settles, Jace Franklin, Raven, Terrence Johnson and Terri Settles; her great grandchildren, LaMar, Kimahni, Taylor, Jordyn, Tyshaun, Raimone Jr., Jayden, Josiah, David Jr., SaRiyah, Kiran of Leonard, RJ, Nathaniel, Noah and Sabian; and her siblings, Betty Bowen, Ruth Johnson and William Moore Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lain-Sullivan Funeral Directors (50 Westwood Dr, Park Forest, IL 60466).
