It is with sadness that the passing of Ellen Marie Braun of Elmhurst, Illinois is shared. Ellen, born on May 16, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois, passed away on June 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Piller and Laura Piller; and her sister-in-law Cynthia Braun. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey; her children, David Braun (Nicole), Kenneth Braun (Casey) and Debra Crocker (Kevin); her grandchildren, Henry, Olivia, Thomas Braun, Molly, Jack Braun, Sarah and Bridget Crocker; her brother Neil Piller (Cindy); and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Billenstein (late Donald) and Pamela Parker (Ronald). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethel United Church of Christ (315 E St Charles Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
