He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Bowen and Berniece Bowen (Harding); his wife Bessie M. Sturz of John's Lutheran Church; his brothers, Eldon and LeRoy Bowen; and his granddaughter Amy Bowen.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Bowen of Eau Claire, Brad Bowen of Springfield, TN and Cheryl Long of White House, TN. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (1500 Buffington Dr, Eau Claire, WI 54703).
