He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Berg and Bertha Berg (Hanson); and his siblings, Esther Stokke, Ardis Severson, Orbin Berg, Clarence Berg, Donald Berg and Selmer Berg.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Trussoni; his children, Anita Larson, Lori Stanek (Timothy), Michael Berg and Steven Berg (Julie); his grandchildren, Daniel Ross Cabassa (Jennifer), Jesse L. Larson and Matthew S. Berg; his stepgrandchildren, John Stanek (Shannon) and Michelle Stanek; his great grandchild Emerson Cabassa; his stepgranddaughter Isabella Stanek; and his siblings, Alvin Berg (Lois) and Francis Dahlke.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Asbury United Methodist Church (1818 Redfield St, La Crosse, WI 54601). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (1407 La Crosse St, La Crosse, WI 54601).
Memorials may be given to Asbury United Methodist Church or the charity of your choice.
