It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chuck Nelson (Richland Center, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 3, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Nelson and Elaine Nelson (Ottum). He is survived by: his children, Matthew Nelson, Sean Nelson (Megan) and Danielle Nelson (Shannon Burkhamer); his grandchildren, Mekenzie, Aydin, Gavin, Averie, Josephine, Cullen and Faith; his great grandchild Shay; and his siblings, Trudie Logan (Richard) and Dave Nelson (Suzan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pratt Memorial Chapel (120 N Park St, Richland Center, WI 53581).
