He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Hoffman and Ardoth "Eula" Hoffman (Kelton); and his brother Greg Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne "Suz" Hoffman; his children, Heather Hoffman (Will Frishe) and Ryan Hoffman (Alyson); his grandchildren, Stella Hoffman and Wyatt Hoffman; and his siblings, Gene Hoffman and Bonnie Juaire.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Asbury Church (6101 University Ave, Madison, WI 53705). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the MS Society or Way Forward food pantry.
