He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bartels and Esther Bartels (Vosters); and his daughters, Melissa Bartels and Bobbie Jo Bartels. He is survived by: his partner Gail Bartels; his siblings, Gary Bartels, Sandra Bartels (Dan Strand), Daniel Bartels, Diedra Krueger (Vince) and Margie Bartels; and his children, Donna Garrity (Michael), Mark Bartels (Tammi) and Amy Paine (Mike). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Northwoods Chapel (W8046 Aspen Ln, Pembine, WI 54156). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
