He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Perry and Evelyn Perry; his sister Joan; and his parents-in-law, Ruth and Jerry Kavanagh.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Kavanagh; his son Scott; his sisters, Jan Smith (Dale) and Nancy Hendricks (Marty); his siblings-in-law, Becky Kavanagh, Kelly Kavanagh (Debbie) and Jean Phillips (Kevin); and his siblings' children, Paula, Brenda (Smith), Chad, Ashley (Hendricks), Mackenzie, Erin, Meghan (Kavanagh), Lori, Lindsey and Katelyn (Phillips).
