It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erik D. Gulbrandsen (Waukesha, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 24, 2025, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Peter Gulbrandsen. He is survived by: his mother Judith Gulbrandsen; his wife Kathy Gulbrandsen; his siblings, Signe Redner (Brett) and Kristjan Gulbrandsen (Yuan Gao); his sister-in-law Laura Hosterman (Ray); his siblings' children, Garrett Redner, Gavin Gao Gulbrandsen, Gabriella Gao Gulbrandsen, Montanna Hosterman, Meaghan Hosterman, Samantha Hosterman, Brooklyn Hosterman and Kennedy Hosterman; and his great-nephew Jett Hosterman. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home (1110 S Grand Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at the Prairie Home Cemetery (605 S Prairie Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186).
