With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Gehm of Shawano, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 28, 2025 at the age of 60. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joel Gehm to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gehm and Sylvia Gehm (Dallmann); and his brother Nick Gehm. He is survived by: his significant other Kelly Martzke; his partner's children, Sydney Parson (Dalton) and Kobe Schreiber; his sister-in-law Kathy Gehm; his nephew Shawn Gehm (Caryn); his great-nephews, Andrew and Nathan; his niece Mandy Froelich (Marty); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alivia, Tony and Josie; his extended family, Kay Bloomer (Bob) and Kim Bjorge (Darrel); and also, Wesley Bloomer (Sarah), Brandon Bloomer (Kaitlin), Claire Bjorge and Cameron Bjorge.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (302 S Main St, Shawano, WI 54166).
In lieu of flowers and plants, the family requests memorials in Joel's name to the Shawano Area Fire Department for new equipment.
