He is survived by: his siblings, John Evans, Mike Evans, Lou Ann Evans, Ken Evans, Joe Evans, Sharon Belky and Judy Erickson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (875 N Water St, Sparta, WI 54656).
