He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Waterworth and Ramona Waterworth (Hemerley); and his mother-in-law Gail Field. He is survived by: his wife Annette Field of Fall River; his daughters, Summer Lawrence (Robert) of Sheboygan Falls and Nahtahna Jensen (Kevin) of Kohler; his grandsons, Braylon, Madden Lawrence, Brewer and Winston Jensen; his sister Ann Rake (David); his father-in-law Kenneth Field; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Field (Karen) and Tom Field. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and special friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Columbus Country Club (301 Ingalsbe St, Columbus, WI 53925).
