With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Neuser (De Pere, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 30, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Neuser and Alice Neuser; his siblings, Daniel (Pat), Thomas, John, Robert, Mary Ann Johnson (Gene), Elaine Handl (Cliff), Lois Wallander (Bernie), Patsy Kaminski (Gary) and Carolyn Neuser Pedro; his in-laws, Joseph and Phyllis Knox; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Copeland.
He is survived by: his friend Tom Novotny; his wife Sandra; his daughter Amy Ellis; his grandchildren, Payton and Chloe Ellis; his daughter Heidi Martin; his son-in-law Michael; his grandsons, Jackson and Ryan Martin; his son-in-law Randy Ellis; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Knox (Judy), Sandy Neuser and Susan Neuser. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cotter Funeral Home (860 N Webster Ave, De Pere, WI 54115). A prayer will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joe's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
