He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Polzen and Elda Polzen (Ferge); his wife Gaye Gilmore of Patrick's Catholic Church; and his siblings, Marion Boeck (Marvin), Margaret Bosch (Hub) and Earl "Sonny" Polzen.
He is survived by: his children, Scot Polzin (Judy), Tony Polzin and Tracy Slinger (Duane); his grandchildren, Brandon Slinger (Jamie), Amy and Jill Frederiksen; his great grandchildren, Bristol, Jayden, Isabel and Guy; his sister-in-law Joann Polzen; and his nephew Bob Boeck.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Koepsell-Murray Funeral Home (N7199 N Crystal Lake Rd, Beaver Dam, WI 53916). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to St. Katharine Drexel Parish in Beaver Dam.
