He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Holtz and Ruth Holtz (Steffen); and his siblings, Ron Holtz, Herb Holtz and Jerry Holtz.
He is survived by: his children, Bryan Holtz (Missy), Josh Holtz (Sara), Kristi Holtz-Turner and Robert Holtz; his grandchildren, Sam, Madison, Jarrett, Mayson, Jacob (Jaelyn), Sawyer, D'Andre, Zak, Breken, Kyden and Dexter; and his siblings, Dave Holtz, Judy Holtz and Dan Holtz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
