He is survived by: his wife Virginia Joynes; his children, Wendy Stevenson (Chris) of Nemaha, NE, Ira Blum (Tiffany) of Tarkio, MO, Jimmie Blum (Calliandra) of Neillsville, WI, Allan Blum Jr. of New Lisbon, WI and Mark Blum of New Lisbon, WI.; his grandchildren, Skye Grafton (Tommy) of Auburn, NE, Kyron Rosno (Kelsey) of Lincoln, NE, Hunter Stevenson of Nemaha, NE, Brett Stevenson of Lincoln, NE, Jayden Ford of Auburn, NE, Andrew Blum, Ethan Blum, Brayden, Meadow Beckstead of Neillsville, WI, Emily Blum, Hunter Blum of Tarkio, MO, Kyle Wigley of Topeka, KS, Thea Blum of Sparta, WI, Keagan Blum, Kiera Blum and Tierney Fischer of New Lisbon, WI.; and his siblings, Dennis Blum (Sherry) of Ashville, AL, Kathleen Blum King of Rocky Face, Georgia, Eugene Blum of Neillsville, WI, Richard Blum (Gloria) of Withee, WI, Joretta Ann Wimmer (Mike) of Dorchester, WI and Steven Blum (Carla) of Abbotsford, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the New Lisbon City Hall (232 Pleasant St, New Lisbon, WI 53950).
