He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mulholland and Clara Mulholland (Sittig); his wife Priscilla Starr; his children, Sherry and Dave; and his granddaughter Kaycee.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne (Ben) and Jon (Crystal); and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Amanda (Jared), Heather, Dave and Ashley (Matt). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
