With heavy hearts, we announce the death of RPH Steven David Bartz MD in Janesville, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 27, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Franklin and Florence Esther Bartz (Zahn). He is survived by: his wife Tracy (Boyle); his son Joshua (Megan); his siblings, Diane (Ron) and Tom (Jan); and his in-laws, Renee (Paul), Dee, Linda, Ric (Tara) and Kelly. He is also survived by nephews and numerous cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rotary Botanical Gardens (1455 Palmer Dr, Janesville, WI 53545).
In lieu of flowers, he asked that donations be made to organizations that better others: Doctors Without Borders (http://www.give.doctorswithoutborders.org), St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org), or Rotary Botanical Gardens (http://www.rotarybotanicalgardens.org) in Janesville.
