It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Roou of Menasha, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 1, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gary Roou to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his son Greg; and his sister Sue. He is survived by: his wife Eleise L'Empereur of Valentine's Day; his children, Nicole (Todd) and Brett; his daughter-in-law Tammy; his grandchildren, Matthew, Kiya, Madison, Morgan and Mallory; and his siblings, Sandy (Don) and Richard (Susan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wichmann Funeral Home (537 N Superior St, Appleton, WI 54911). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established for Doc.
