With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Elaine Marsh in Necedah, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 31, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Fry and Ruth Fry (Scovell); her grandmother Donavon; her husband Don; her parents-in-law, Bill and Lasca Marsh; her brothers, Myron and Gene Fry; her brother-in-law James Davis; her niece Erika Davis; and her uncle Wilber Alexander.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Thoreson (Scott) of Germantown, WI and Diane Waddell (Randy) of Tomah, WI.; her grandchildren, Sean Thoreson (Kirsten), Skylar Thoreson, Jenna Waddell (Will Gruenert) and Seth Waddell (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Oliver, Arthur Thoreson, Jackson, Beckham Waddell, Aceyn and Buckley Christoffel; and her siblings-in-law, Jeanine Fry, Cheri McMillan (Arnold) and Garry Marsh (Janet). She is also survived by two sons-in-law into her family followed by four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Necedah - Torkelson Funeral Home (230 S Main St, Necedah, WI 54646). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to the Janice (Fry) Marsh Nursing Scholarship, distributed by the Necedah High School Alumni Association, or a library of choice.
