He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Neuser and Agnes Neuser (Benzschawel); his siblings, Rev. John Neuser, Larry Neuser (Eileen), Randy Neuser and Marian Keehan (Jerome); his in-laws, Laurence and Anna Birdsall; and his sister-in-law Margaret Strom (Bob).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Birdsall of Maplewood; his children, Teresa Geoffroy (Jean-Marie), Maria Totzke (Jim) and Mark Neuser (Katie Stadler); his grandchildren, Claire Schmirler (Matt), Natalie Connelly (Lucas), Elyse Geoffroy, Ben Geoffroy, Elizabeth VanAsten (Hunter), Kathryn Totzke, Patrick Totzke, Alex Neuser and Addy Neuser; his siblings, Rich Neuser (Eileen), Jim Neuser, Roseanne Pagels (Tom) and Suzanne Kuffel (Tom); his siblings-in-law, Sandra Neuser, Marge Neuser and Rev. Anthony Birdsall; and his brother Paul Neuser. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A wake will be held on Sunday, September 7th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Parish Wake Service (1630 E Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54302). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Angels Catholic Church (650 S Irwin Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301).
In lieu of floral expressions a memorial fund has been established for St. Mary of the Angels Parish or the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
