He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell and Lauretta; his siblings, William "Billy" Davies and Betty Whitnell (H. C. Sr.); his siblings' children, Martha V, H. C. Jr., Ricky, Tommie and Johnnie Whitnell; and his parents-in-law, John and Minnie Knight.
He is survived by: his wife Jozell Knight; his siblings-in-law, Clement Knight (Ann) and Sylvia Knight; his sibling's children, Delores "Dee Dee" Hervey of Southaven, MS, Malika, Majada and Shontate; his goddaughter Erin Burns of Eagen, MN; his close friends, Jimmy Smith and June Baxter; Baby.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the CDT Trinity United Missionary Baptist Church (306 5th St, Racine, WI 53403). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
