Jacob Peter Mantalica

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jacob Peter Mantalica in Somerset, Wisconsin, born in Maplewood, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2025 at the age of 31. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Michelle Jacobsen (Ryan) and Peter Mantalica (Nicole); his siblings, McKenna Anderson, Tyler Anderson (Hope) and Jackson McGregor; his niece Leighla Banks; his grandparents, Sally Jensen (Jay) and Mike Clymer (Cyndy); and his close friends, Steven Mason, Trevor Burtch and DJ Johnson (Elizabeth "Libby" Biermann). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many cousins.
A reception will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the MidCurrent Church (200 1st St, Hudson, WI 54016).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to have a memorial bench at lakefront park, and scholarship funds to honor Jacob and his memory.
