He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Phillips and Eugene Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stone; his children, Justin Shemanski (Heather) and Gennine Castañeda-Butch Butch (Bill); his grandchildren, Brandon Shemanski (Asya), Jakob Shemanski, Illyanna Castañeda (Travis Lindquist), Tricia Castañeda (Ross Oxenreider) and Logan Castañeda; and his siblings, Marilyn Tremaine (Scott) and Jim Phillips (Joan).
