He was predeceased by: his father Albert Manning. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Manning (Tucker) of Arkdale, WI; his sister Christina Fowler (Douglas) of Plymouth, OH; and his sibling's children, Kyle, Zachery and Page.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the South Arkdale Cemetery.
