He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Elfers and Lydia Elfers (Meyer); and his brother John. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Kay Rosenberg of Peter's Lutheran Church; his daughter Julie Strutz (Mike); his stepchildren, Jeffrey Stevenson (Betsy) and Christine Krintz (Michael); his grandchildren, Macelyn Krintz, Richard Strutz (Macy) and Samantha Strutz; and his great grandchildren, Tate, Ryker and Kennedy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church (325 Mill St, Loganville, WI 53943).
