He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Burdick and Ruth Burdick; and his close friend Joanne Epps. He is survived by: his brothers, Bob (Janet), Jim (Dawn) and Jonh Burdick; his children, Crystal Dalton, Donald Burdick Jr., Austin Hecker, Rick Neuy, Dave Helgerson, Shane Neuy, Lanette Seibert (Nate), Kaysi Stout and Maddie Stout; and his grandchildren, Skylar Dalton, Brittany, Dustin, Jessica and Hailey Burdick.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM and at 12:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Dr, West Bend, WI 53095). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at W2904 Main St, CAMPBELLSPORT, WI 53010.
