He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kelly and Helen Kelly; his sisters, Janice Kelly and Connie Willing; his in-laws, Blackie and Marion Deuel; and his brothers-in-law, Ron Deuel and Vern Breezee.
He is survived by: his sharp Irish; his wife Jan Kelly (Deuel); his children, Steve Kelly (Jeanna), Kim Kelly (Matt), Ryan Kelly and Shawn Kelly; his grandchildren, Sam, Josh, Mackenna, Haidan, Jackson, Jeremy (Alyssa), Jerrod and Dayne; and his sister Shirley Bienema (Charles).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Life Celebration Center at Schneider Funeral Home (1770 E Racine St, Janesville, WI 53545).
